Should I just replace it instead of repairing?
Sometimes. The honest test we use: if the repair is more than 40% of a replacement, the unit is over 12 years old, or the compressor is failing, we'll show you both options on paper. We don't push replacements. We tell you what we'd do if it were our own home.
Do you service mobile homes and adobe homes?
